Refund Policy

At Advitam Learning, we recognise that refund is a major concern, we have therefore set out below the guidelines we use for refunding your payments. Please read this Refund Policy carefully and check it periodically since it may change from time to time.

The consumer has from the day of their purchase 14 days to cancel their course and eligible for a refund of 100% of the purchase order providing they have not accessed/logged into their course(s). If you have questions about this refund policy before you purchase a product, you may contact us by e-mail at info@advitamlearning.co.uk or by using the ‘contact us’ form on the website. The Support Team aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours of being received. If in the event of system failure or issues with your online training course(s), please email a full query expressing your concerns. Once the email has been received by our Quality Assurance team we will review the query and if valid you will receive a 100% refund on your purchase order. All queries and reporting of issues must be emailed directly to the Quality Assurance team by email contact: info@advitamlearning.co.uk

In the event of cancellations for open training courses at any of our UK venues, we do require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for cancellations and re-booking. This is for administration purposes. If a candidate does not give notice prior to the 72 hours before the date of training, there will be no refund and they will have to pay the full amount to attend the next available training course. The Support Team aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours of being received. In the event of late arrivals for UK open training courses, Ad Vitam Learning will only allow candidates to be a maximum of 15 minutes later than the start time of the training. If a candidate turns up later than 15 minutes late, they will be turned away and be asked to re-book for the next available session.

This is non-refundable and the candidate will be expected to pay in full for re-booking on future training dates. In the event of cancellations of in-house training courses for organisations across the UK, we do require 72 hours’ notice for re-booking another suitable date. This is to cover administration costs and any potential loss of earnings for reserving the specific date (with trainer and equipment). If no contact is made 72 hours prior to the training date, there will be no refund the organisation will have to pay the full amount to re-book.
